Lahaina, Maui Hawaii

Maui tends to grow four distinct varietals - Yellow Caturra, Red Catuai, Typica, and Mokka. We especially enjoy Mokka for its comprehensive flavor profile that we believe presents a complex and unique Hawaiian coffee perspective. We take this roast a little darker than our other offerings to really accentuate the depth and sweetness.

The Mokka varietal grown on the west side of Maui is very distinct. Much smaller in size than other Hawaiian beans makes harvesting this coffee a true challenge. However, this robust offering makes up for in depth what it may lack in stature.
