How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 24 hours of being placed and will usually take 3-4 days to arrive to most US locations.

Do you offer wholesale or foodservice?

We do. Send us an email and we would love to connect to discuss how we can provide our Hawaii Specialty Coffee for your operation.

Only Whole Bean?

To ensure we provide our customers with the best possible product, it’s important to us that we ship whole bean coffee. As soon as coffee is ground, it begins to oxidize causing it to slowly lose the flavors that make our premium Hawaiian Specialty Coffee special.

How do I make the perfect cup of coffee?

Beans - About 20 grams (3-4 tablespoons) ground coffee per 8-10 ounces water or around a 1:16 coffee to water ratio. Grind your Kona Roasted Coffee beans just before brewing. The grind consistency should correlate to your brewing method, but typically the consistency of coarse salt is best. We recommend burr grinders for their grind-size consistency.

Water temperature - 190-200F. Too hot and you may over-extract leading to bitterness; too cold and your coffee may be underrepresented.

How should I store my coffee?

Air and light will slowly cause the beans to lose the flavors that make our Specialty Hawaiian Coffee special. Our bags have a zipper seal specifically designed to help slow down flavor loss. After use try and push out any air in the bag and ensure the bag zipper makes a complete seal. Store in whole bean form until just before use.
