Coffee orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of placement. Our prices include shipping and have a typical transit time to most US locations of 3-4 days. If you require expedited shipping please contact us.

Return

Please notify us immediately if you have an issue with your order. Be assured if there is an error with your order we will correct it immediately. At Kona Roasted, complete customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

WHOLE BEAN COFFEE - Coffee is perishable and we are unfortunately unable to accept coffee returns. However, please reach out to us at info@KonaRoasted.com and we would like the opportunity to help find a solution to why our coffee may not have met your expectations.
